Domain migration question

Hi,
I have about 200 machines with 3 W2k DC here at the head office and 2 remote
sites with their own NT4 doamin controllers and about 20 users/site. They
have separate domain, however they use some resources like Exchange server
here. So every time we have to make sure that users have the same ID and
password on remote and head office sites. Now, I am going to upgrade both
remote sites to W2K and thinking to also change some AD infrastructure to
have sync accounts on all DCs. So is there any way to join those remote
domain to our forest here after they get upgraded? Can they keep their
domain name? Is there any tool available to do that?
Thanks in advance for any help-Rob

You can use ADMTv3 to migrate these NT domain accounts into Your AD.
ADMT is pretty straight forward tool - read help files and You should be
able to migrate Your domains.

ADMT files can downloaded from this URL:
