Domain Login Restrict on Certain Computers

Is there a way for domain users to stop them from signing on other
computers.
If that user is not setup on the computer they can not signin on that
computer.

Well that works but it stops access for Outlook Web Access for users
from the outside.
Is there something at the computer level?

Sorry, I don't know how else it's done, you either logon locally and be
validated by the local LSA or you logon on to the domain and be
validated by the domain controller LSA. Give them all laptops? ;-)
Someone else might have a solution.
