Domain GPO Logon script only executes for Administrator

I don't understand why it only works for Administrator. I must be doing
something wrong. Any ideas?

Thank you for your reply. My methods were correct. The command did not
work across the security boundaries of anybody except the administrator.
Duh.

If the logon script is about domain user account, 258286 won't work since
it's about computer's local account. I appreciate your confirmation.
