Domain controller move

Hi,

I have two domain controllers and DNS same 2 servers same
domain.

I want to move demote both DC on the curent servers and
promote two new DC on two new servers.

How should I proceed? I don't want to have to reconfigure
active directory and the DC from scratch.

My advice would be to

Demote first old DC
Promote first new DC to the existing directory
Demote second old DC
Promote second new DC

I would just add both new servers into the domain and
promote them to DC's, so all 4 are DC's. Then you need to
move the FISMO roles and Global Catalog to one of the new
servers. Once these have been moved, you can demote the
two old DC's.
