Domain Controller Error Logs: PLEASE HELP

M

MJC

I keep getting the logs below on a DC I recently brought into our Forest.
From what I've read on some discussion groups, its list as a "normal"
error.

The only problem we have is that we recently installed Microsoft Services
for Netware, and everytime we reboot the server the MSDSS service fails to
start and we have to start it manually. My first hunch is that my MSDSS
error is related to these logs...any help will be appreciated.

If these errors are only logged once at startup then they can be
safely ignored. This usually happens when there is only one DC in
the Forest/Domain. It's my guess that the Netlogon service is being
paused during startup until Active Directory is fully initialized and
since MSDSS relies on this service it can't start either.

Try adding an additional DC to the domain.
