domain and workgroup

Hello, I want join a pc to an workgroup but without deconnect it from the domain, using one network adapter, that means

if i have troubles with a conexion from an office to another ( both office is in teh same domain), make a logoff from my workstation en then logon again to join workgroup in each office. both office are remottly and are connected by radio an the connection is unestable, and we have an windows nt by primary domain. I want use my pc's in the remote office no mather the connection to the other office is up or down,
