Domain Admin

I have a domain admin that is not able to perform admin functions locally on
her computer? Anyone seen this before?

Hi Melanie can you define more specific what you mean with perform admin
functions, what functions are we talking about, and if I understand this
case right the particular user is member of the built-in group Domain
Admins. I'm sure you get help soon, thanks for asking in ms newsgroups, have

Check on the workstation to see if the local built-in Administrators group
contains the Domain Admins group.

If not, she won't have local admin rights. Also if you've just added her to
the Domain Admins group she will need to log off and back on.

Melanie

Basically she is having issues with installing software. She cannot install
the adminpak and she thinks it is a rights issue.
