Domain accounts with local security groups

I'm just wondering how to set up a domain accout that has 'Power Users' access to a local computer (and in this case I mean all computers that the account signs in on). Most of our office users use programs that need 'Power Users' access (like MYOB). Can this be done? If so, how do I do it? Thanks in advance!
