Domain accounts lock out every morning, past 2 days

Help, I have a win 2k domain with active directory.
Every morning a lot of the user accounts get lock out.
WHY?
Any help. I checked the goup policies and they are fine.

We had the same problem and i believe it was caused because the person
before me setup the workstations with the same name as the user name. I
changed the computer names and this problem seemed to stop. The only other
thing is to make sure you don't have any services using the users to start.

What do you refer as "any services using the users to
start"
I also do not have the same name of the computers as do
user accounts. It happens every morning. I am being
hacked?

What do the security logs show on your domain controllers (assuming you are
auditing logon events)?
