Dollars times hours

OK, I have a formula in one cell that calculates the amount of time over 1
hour

=M5-TIME(1,,)

When M5 equals 5:00, the answer is 4 hours (the time over 1 hour)

Now I need to take that 4 hours and multiply it by $10.00

Normally this would be fine, but the format of the 4 hour is in a time
format (otherwise it doesn't show 4:00 like it needs to.)

Currently the answer I get if with general formatting is and answer of 16
(4 hours times $10 shouldn't equal 16)
If I format the cell in Currency, it comes to $0.17 again, I don't think
that is right.

How do I do it??
