Doesn't Download/Install ActiveX (.cab)

Hello,

I've been having a very frustrating problem with IE6. It
doesn't want to install any of ActiveX that's in CABs
(something like HouseCall on TrendMicro's site). The
placeholder window just displays the dreaded red 'X' and
no dice :(

I've enabled pretty much everything in Options - Security
& Privacy-wise. I'm just lost, guys.

Hope someone can solve this problem.
