Does XP Pro upgrade contain backup utility?

I have an OEM edition of XP Home installed, and do not
have the XP Home install media. I'm missing the "backup"
utility. I'm thinking about upgrading to XP Pro edition.

Does anyone know if I will be able to install the
missing "backup" utility from the XP Pro Upgrade edition?

Some OEMs don't include the Backup program and others do. Do a search on
your computer or the CDs supplied by the manufacturer for NTbackup.msi which
is the installer for the Backup program. You can also check here
http://www.onecomputerguy.com/windowsxp_tips.htm#backup_home

Because the Backup program is installed by default with XP Pro it will be
installed when you upgrade.

If you upgrade to Pro, Backup will be installed anyway (or at worst can
be installed from the Add/Remove Programs - Windows Setup). Not that I
would regard the backup as itself justifying the cost of the upgrade,
when set against the price for a good backup program from third parties
- eg BackupMyPC from www.stompinc.com
