Does Windows Vista Mail have Rss reader? if not is there any component or
tool (either developed by Microsoft or third parties) that can be installed
on it so i can add RSS feeds into my mail application? (please note that my
question is NOT regarding windows LIVE mail)

Thank you. I got your point.

If you can set up the RSS Gadget, you can receive the feeds whether you are
using e-mail or not.
