Does W2000 have restore points so I can safely unistall C-Dilla?

If not, is there a way to backup my system?

I want to uninstall C-dilla & I'm having to do it manually because the
add/remove option doesn't work.

In Backup, there's the option to save the System State.

I have used this to roll back from misbehaving installs
of Intel graphics drivers.
