Does Vista Home Premium comes with Windows Journal?

My question is Does Vista Home Premium comes with Windows Journal?

Can someone answer this question. I am looking to purchase a tablet PC
tomorrow which comes with Vista Home Premium. I would using it to take notes
most of the time. If Vista Home Premium doesn't come with Windows Journal, I
would need to reconsider.

I appreciate any help on this topic.

I have Vista Home Premium and I've just typed Journal into the search box
and up it's popped. I'm now looking at nice screen that looks like a sheet
of ruled paper complete with margine.

The Title bar tell me the document is called Note1 - Windows Journal.

It looks like your going to be OK.

Journal is supported in Home Premium, Business, Enterprise and Ultimate.

Mine is a standard desktop PC.

It's primarily a Tablet Pc feature when using a Pen or Stylus.
The only significant other purpose of inclusion is to be able to view Journal created files created on a tablet pc.

Unless one plans on using a mouse to draw text, translate instead of using a keyboard in Word or similar.
