does vista have server capabilities

would like to connect two computers with phone line,
office computer has Vista Business.
three laptops (2) with XP Pro (1) with Vista Business
want to setup vista office computer as a server, and use Blootooth cell
phone to dial directly in and sync outlook and scheduling program.
 
No. It has workgroup capabilities - the same as XP.
It can have up to 10 connections at once.
 
If you want server abilities, you can use Windows 2003 or wait for Longhorn.
