Does Publisher replace Front Page? How do I download Front Page 20

I am on the fence about doing the Office 2003 download and upgrade. I want to
create Websites but am unclear as to whether Publisher replaces Front Page. I
also need PowerPoint (which is not included in my 2000 package). Am I better
off downloading the full versions of (if possible) 2000 Front Page and
PowerPoint or upgrading to the full 2003 package - then having to add Front
Page and other recommended upgrades?

Publisher does not replace FrontPage. Publisher is a desktop publishing
program, FrontPage is a web development program.

FrontPage does not come with Office 2003. It is sold as a standalone.

Powerpoint and FrontPage cannot be downloaded. They must be purchased from
an online store or brick and mortar store, and the software shipped to you.

Publisher should never be used to build web sites. It wasn't designed to do
that! Use FrontPage ... that is it's purpose! And don't build pages in
Publisher and then save them as html ... it produces terrible code and the
pages are unworkable in a proper web building program. Don't go there!!

Publisher is a tool for creating print publications and Frontpage is a
Web development tool. Which of them you want depends of what you want to
do.
By the way, none of them is available for download. You can order them
on CD.
