Does port 3050 establish?

Does anyone have any suggestions whether the port 3050 established or not?
When I try netstat -an, I can see that the local address 0.0.0.0:3050 is
listening, but I cannot see 192.168.10.10:3050 is listening, where
192.168.10.10 is the fixed IP for this computer. Does anyone have any
suggestions whether this port 3050 is open / establish or not?

It would shows the ports that are listening.
