Does Outlook 2000 or above and Outlook Express or above support CSS

Does anybody know whether Outlook 2000 or above and
Outlook express support CSS and style sheet in the email
they receive?

Yes, you can as long as you define your styles within the e-mail itself (in
the Header of the HTML e-mail). You cannot refer to it when you send it as a
separate css attachment or point it to a web location.
