Does OL2003 improve on this particular feature in OL2000?

I have OL2000 now. When I click on the move-to-folder icon on a toolbar
displayed in a window containing an open e-mail, I can select any one of the
last ten (10) accessed folders or select the Move to Folder option
(appearing below the 10th most recently accessed folder), i.e., Ctrl + Shft
+ V.

I've searched everywhere for a OL2000 "add-in" utility that would, among
other things, allow me to increase the number of displayed recently
accessed folders beyond ten (10), to no avail. Does OL2003 give one this
flexibility or is there an OL2003 add-in available that might? J

Still not configurable and I'm not aware of an addin that offers a similar
functionality.
