Does Microsoft read this stuff?

Like other posts, I have lost all my edits, transitions
etc without any warning and could find them nowhere. Had
to start all over after 4 hours of work. It seems to be a
quirk of MM2.

The only one trying to help is the one they are always picking a fight with. Sounds right! for this lot.

John Kelly has posted some messages about your administrator rights being altered (possible) making the files needed seem to vanish. Check out the message thread called Transitions & Effects for what he actually said.
