Does Comcast have a way to access email via Outlook like AOL does?

I have Comcast cable internet and want to use Outlook for my email. I read
somewhere that AOL has a way to do this but I don't know if Comcast does.

Look on comcast support for how to set up Outlook Express for email, the
method for outlook is broadly similar
