Does anyone use free-online as isp

I have another post on 31 Aug (containing all details) as
I am finding it impossible to get my frontpage website
published on www and my isp is not giving me the needed
help.

Please can someone help me to get my site published.

I guess nobody has used them.
Do they support / have FrontPage Extensions???

obtw, an ISP ( Internet service Provider )
is how you connect to the internet.
A WSP ( Web Service Provider ) or hosting company
is where you "host" your web site.

They can however be one and the same if your ISP
is hosting your "free" homepage / web site.
