Reset network settings. My internet provider says my IP
address is valid and all I need to do is reset my network
settings to connect to the internet? How do I do that??
Can anyone help.

Why didn't you ask your ISP? Have you tried rebooting? Have you tried
renewing your IP address via a command prompt?:

ipconfig /release *Con*

and then

ipconfig /renew
