Does anyone know what this is?

Hello,
I am new to this, so please bare with me.
I received a pop up from my antivirus stating that the following application wanted to connect to the internet:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\KFGGHQ.EXE

I don't know much about the windows inner working, so I am not sure if this is part of the OS or something that may have gotten in. I did a google and newsgroup search here and no information came up. I am afraid it may be spy ar ad ware. Although it is not picked up by any Antivirus or adware/spyware removal that I have installed.
I denied access and nothing seemed to come of it, but I did not want to delete it in fear that it is some essential item to the OS. It states a creation date of 6/29/2004 and I don't remember having created it. If anyone knows what this is and if it is safe to delete it, please let me know.

The name would indicate a suspicious file. Its not a Windows file. Ensure that your AV software is up to date, as well as whatever spyware/adware software you're using.

Additionally, click Start, Run and enter MSCONFIG Go to the Startup tab and locate the entry that is loading this file and uncheck it.
