Windows live onecare safety scanner

I did run windows life oncare safety scanner and every time everything is ok
but there is some files that can't be scanned eller opened, I don't know what
does this means, is it a virus or spy ware, also sometimes i feel that my
computer a little slow.
I am running Windows XP home SP2 and Norman antivirus, also windows
defender, thank you in advance for answering my question

Ran this today at "automated suggestion" of support. It totally trashed
Adobe Acrobat 6 Professional. Had to un-install and re-install; could not
repair.

This is not a safe utility to use. Went to post a complaint to user
support, but it appears doing that would require paying $35. Auto-suggestion
was made after reporting a crash of IE7.

Not a happy camper. What kind of SUPPORT is this????
