Does anyone know what this is: c:\12f512aeafd300dc1d97ea\msxml.msi

I noticed that at 3:01AM on Friday, Novemebr 17th a directory named
"12f512aeafd300dc1d97ea" was created on my c:\ drive. In the directory was a
log file named "msxml4-KB927978-enu.log" . The log file is fairly large but
I did notice the following - "******* Product:
c:\12f512aeafd300dc1d97ea\msxml.msi". It seems to have installed something
but I don't know what. Does anyone know if this is a WinXP install? Any
info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It's a log from an update. Feel free to delete it.
