My system booted up very slowly, so I looked at the running processes. The
one taking up all the CPU was hungbf.exe. Is this legit? Spyware? A
virus? It doesn't show up anywhere on Google.

Apparently, you have some malware installed.

Find the file itself and check its properties to see if you can find any
info.

Well, I would say that its spy or ad ware, just by looking at the name of it.
"hung" i think you can tell what that means, and "bf" is short for
"boyfriend" if you have kids you may want to talk ot them about that, because
just about the only way that could weasle iself onto yor computer is if
sumbody was browsing pornography.

Oh.... I think you must be right... The reason I was even looking is I've
been deluged with spyware, etc., etc. Hundreds of things after my
granddaughter used AOL AIM. I got CounterSpy and it will let me remove
things. I'm now in the process of figuring out what to remove. I see I'll
need to loosen up my categories as I think about these things. In my world
"hung" means "infinite loop....." sigh.
