Does anyone have any knowledge of this issue

Changing passwords in an Win2k AD Domain
Users can't change their password on any of the XP
machines;
Administrators can't change their password on any of the XP
machines!
To me is sounds like perrmissions are not set right in
this AD Domain,

Does anyone have any knowledge of this issue,

Make sure that the accounts don't have the 'Users cannot change password'
checkbox checked.
