Most requests are answered in a timely fashion. Some
questions require a person with the expertise to be on line
when the question is presented. Some patience is required.

reply; click on the + sign to get it/them visible. Also, in
Tools>Options>Read tab, is "Automatically expand grouped messages" marked ?
This gets all replies to posts visible when marked. If neither of these two
reveal message replies, there aren't any.
