Does anybody know how to sync a blackberry e-mails from Outlook

Does anybody know how to sync a blackberry e-mails from Outlook so that when
you open them in Outlook, they are marked open on the Blackberry?

That would be the responsibility of Blackberry's Desktop Manager and the
good folks at Blackberry should know how to do this, if it can be done. It
really has nothing to do with Outlook.
