Documents & Setting permissions?

Can anyone tell me the default permissions of "Documents & Settings" folder?

Currently mine has full read/write permission for "myself"

No permission at all for 'administrators' and 'system'

What i am struggle to figure out is that it wont let me have access despite
me being logged on as 'myself' and being an administrator

Vista uses a different file structure than XP does/did. Those familiar
folder names you may be used to, like "My Documents", "Documents &
Settings", etc. are not folders in Vista. They are junction points, and are
used for legacy programs which were written to utilize the XP file
structure. They will
redirect the programs to use the equivalent Vista folders.
If you keep the protected operating system files hidden, you won't see them.

In Vista......
Documents & Settings -> \Users
My Documents -> \Users\youraccount\Documents
My Music -> \Users\youraccount\Music
Application Data -> \Users\youraccount\AppData
etc.

By default you are not permitted to list the folder or read the data of
'Documents & Settings' this is by design.
Changing the defaults may have undesired consequences but can be a lot of
fun.
The top level of Security tab you should only have Everyone, System, and
Administrators, each has only special permissions.
