If I loss my Flash drive. IS there a way i can recover all my work ? from the
same computer i save my work on the flash drive using the same computer, and
did all my work using Office word 2003

you need to make a backup of all the files (can be on the computer
itself, with some online service, etc.).

You should never work directly on important files off of a removable
media in the first place. Better copy the files to the local hard disc,
work on those, and once you're finished, copy them back up to the flash
drive.
