Documentation tool for VB .Net 2.0

Is there any Documentation tool available for visual studion 2005.
I have googled for it but does not find anything.

I'm not sure what you mean, when you say documentation tool, but VB 2005 now
supports XML comments (''') in code, inline with C# (///). Is that possibly
what you were thinking about?
