Document shows up in its entirety on PrintPreview but fails to Pri

We have a Word document which displays procedures It has a left of center
section which shows a title and then a right of center section which shows
blocks of data. When I go into Print Preview it all shows up, but when I
print it out only small portion of the right side section prints out. Also,
it is not printing out on any subsequent pages. How can I fix this? Thanks

First thing I'd try is updating the printer driver from the manufacturer's
site.
