Document Protection

I am trying to keep a form that has a small table in it to one page. Is
there a way of limiting the amount of text so the rest of the form doesn's
spill to the next page? Thanks for any help anyone can provide.
 
You can set each table row to an exact height (via Table Properties dialog
box, Row tab).
