I attend college and I have to find a current online article that answers the
question, "What is the most beneficial feature of Microsoft Word to the
business sector?" Does anyone have any suggestions that may be useful? I
would really appreciate any ideas.

Check out the Microsoft website. (I can't/won't give you more help than this
because I'm not the one getting the benefits out of your class. ;-) )

Even Google isn't really very helpful in finding such an article. My
personal opinion of the most beneficial feature (if so it may be called) is
the near-universal acceptance of the program, making document sharing much
more seamless. This has nothing to do with the quality of the application;
many will argue that WordPerfect is better for some purposes, and when WP
was the de facto standard, then it had that benefit of ubiquity that Word
has now.
