Document map displays lists and bold lines

When I view a document in the document map it not only displays the Headings,
but also lists and bold tekst. When I go to the lines and make them Normal or
I clear the formatting then they are removed from the document map, but when
I exit word and start it up again then the lines are back. very frustrating,
how can I fix this?

If "Define styles based on your formatting" or "Automatic headings" is
checked on the AutoFormat As You Type tab of Tools | AutoCorrect (Options),
clear those boxes.

It was already unchecked, so this was not the problem.
