Document comparison not Tracking changes in Header!!!!

I am trying to compare "doc1" with another document "doc2". Both of these
docs have headers in them. Both of them have Track changes while editing
unchecked.

When I do a document comparison between these two documents in MS Word - I
dont see the striked off entries and new added entries in the Header part.

I have a similar set of two documents. Lets call it "docA" and "docB" which
is exactly similar to "doc1" and "doc2". Both of these docs have Track
changes while editing unchecked and they have headers in them.

When I do a document comparison on the same pc for these two documents, I
see striked off entries and new added entries in the Header!!

I dont see any difference between Doc1, Doc2 with DocA and DocB. What is
causing the Document Comparison of Word to work on Headers in one set of
documents and not in the other set of documents?

Can any word gurus here explain?
