document closes itself after opening

One of our users is having troubles with opening some word documents
(Windows2000/OfficeXP). She can usually open it but the document disappears
after few seconds without any error message. It doesn't matter if she is the
owner of the document or not and it doesn't happen with all the documents.
Any ideas?
