DocketPORT 485

Greetings list memebers -
I'm trying to get a DocketPORT 485 scanner to work on embedded -
Has anyone out there had any luck?

I basically install the drivers, and once I plug the device in, it says
"Cannot install this hardware, the required section was not found in the
INF."

Any help would be sincerely appreciated.

FYI - For those who may use a DocketPORT 485 scanner on XPE.
The installation instructions tell you to install the software first, then
plug in the scanner -
I've learned to plug in the scanner first, point it to the drivers, then
install the software - works like a champ.

Hope this helps somebody someday...
