do you want to save changes

In Outlook 2007 I all of a sudden get "do you want to save changes" when I
close Outlook. I have run repair and reinstalled. This is something I never
had happen in Outlook 2003 or any beta of 2007.
Also the "Default programs" button under tools/option in outlook does not
work anymore even on a repair or reinstall.
