Probably associated with malware. Run these programs to check for
spyware/malware. After installing update them, then boot into safe mode
and run them. You should update and run them weekly.

Invalid Backweb application.....

This is an auto-update facility used by various parties - including Compaq,
HP, McAfee at one time, and I am sure many others.

The home web site is http://www.backweb.com/.

It often does not appear in add/remove programms, and may only be
uninstallable by re-running setup for the program that installed it.

I'm assuming you're using an HP or Compaq computer, as Backweb comes

or compaq offer zone search on compaq.com for it
not needed, can also be used by hackers and such
