Pls help - I am the administrator and I've been trying to back-up files to cd, will not let me. tells me to contact system administrator. 3 users on our computer, one admin and two limited access users.
Don't understand how to correct! Any ideas?

ddmotox,

At which point are you getting told this? When you drag
the files to the CD?

Anymore detail....

Hi - thanks for responding-

When I am exiting my acctg software program, I am auto prompted to back up my files, I click "back up now" and then prompted to select "save in" location, I choose CD drive and insert my backup CD and the file name is automatically filled in with the name and date. Select "save" and I receive the error message- " you do not have permission to save in this directory. See the administrator to obtain permission." "Do you want to save in my documents instead"?
I have always saved my back up files this same way until just a few months ago when this error message started.
I do try to save in my documents to get around this error message and then try to "send to" CD, but will not allow me to copy to CD.... problems and problems.
Thank you for your help!
