I've been having some system problems that I thought might be related
to voltage. Here is what the BIOS shows in hardware monitor

VCORE 1.76
+3.3V 3.31V or 3.32V (it fluctuates)
+5V 4.89V
+12V 12.22V

open the case and put a box fan into the side of it,
turn it on high, then see what it does

i am amazed at how little home computers are cooled

power supply is 20 dollars (450 watts, from tigerdirect.com)

is it doing what you tell it to do on the keyboard all the time
if not, swap the keyboard out

these two things are as general as I can get, based on them thar
numbers thar

Yep, replace that sucker with something that can give you at least
4.94-5v.

Could be that you're getting near the maximum load limit for the PSU's
rating.
