Do Blocked senders receive Out of Office replies?

When the Out of Office Assistant is on, do Blocked Senders and messages
receive a message or do Blocked senders and mail sent to Junk Folder rules
get applied before notification messages are sent?

Hi,
if you are using exchange, the Out of Office Assistant is "enabled",
"integrated"
if you are using outlook without an exchange, you have to create the OoO via
rule.
This Assistent allows you, to send messages to all incomming emails, that
you are f.e. in holliday, or on a business trip ....
