Where can I buy a copy of Do Amazing Things by PapaJohn
and what's the cost. I'm visiting New York next month -
is it available in the bookshops? Thanks
 
The cover price is $19.99 and that's the highest you would pay.... Amazon
and other online retailers sell it for a good discount off that.... but with
shipping and handling fees.

It's been in each of the Borders and Barnes & Noble bookstores that I've
stopped into so far. New York City is the home of Barnes & Noble.... but
it's a big city (assuming that's where you're headed).

Say hi to it... I spent the first 23 years of my life at 26th Street and
10th Avenue in Manhattan.
