Not exaclty what you need however, there is
the online DNS timing tool at http://www.dnsstuff.com/

It is very strict.

Hi Marko - I can recommend this: http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ It's
very useful in that it points up the way in which your speed can vary as a
function of geo location of the server which most other tests do not.

I have, I like ... no longer free at home page though

If still available for download anywhere - not that I can see, then
get it.

I'll post it on alt.binaries.freeware, since there is zero
explaination of how you now have to pay to GET the download!
