DNS server unable to interpret format

I have a win 2000 advance server running active directory.
After installation of WINS, I got a error in my log.
The log is below, if anyone know about it please let me
know the soluation.

Registration of the DNS record '_ldap._tcp.Default-First-
Site-Name._sites.gc._msdcs.risoda.com. 600 IN SRV 0 100
3268 ad.risoda.com.' failed with the following error:
DNS server unable to interpret format.

I've never heard of WINS causing this error, you can certainly get the error
if you have your ISP's DNS in TCP/IP properties.

Yep, I agree. Need to remove the ISP's DNS addresses (or the router if in
there) from IP properties from the DCs and clients and recommended to use a
forwarder.
