Zone transfer request for secondary zone nosdr.com refused
by master server at 172.30.0.1. Check the zone at the
master server 172.20.0.1 to verify that zone transfer is
enabled to this server. To do so, use the DNS console,
and select master server 172.30.0.1 as the applicable
server, then in secondary zone nosdr.com Properties, view
the settings on the Zone Transfers tab. Based on the
settings you choose, make any configuration adjustments
there (or possibly in the Name Servers tab) so that a zone
transfer can be made to this server.

Chances are you have zone transfers on the Master
DNS server disabled (zone properties), or you have
them enabled but only for specific addresses or
specified as zone DNS servers and this slave isn't
listed.
